Tailgaiting and Vietnamese Cuisine

In the previous post I challenged Chef Pete' to let us know what he had to eat at the Vietnamese restaurant. As expected, he returns with a photo log of his day. I was sure that his tennis match in the a.m. would go unmentioned (unless he went to Hooter's) but the rest of the day was tailgaiting at the U of L football game, which transitioned into an evening at BASA, the Louisville Modern Vietnamese restaurant.
