Was Chef Pete' Pleased?

So incredible I had to take a photo. The Chef P was overwhelmed with something. He was very generous to his waitress. I wonder why?

    Memories 2009>
    I'm proud to have been included in "Memories of 2009".
    Although, it doesn't say "Favorite memories".... which gives me some trepidation and perhaps a we bit nauseous.
