The following demonstrates what I do to make Chef Pete' jealous. Hopefully he'll read this and send me something to counter my experiment. The following is what happened when I took "staples" out of the refrig and tried to compliment the scallops which I wrapped in Proscuitto before skewering.. The tomato pie included a pre-made crust, evaporated milk, black olives, provolone and cheddar cheeses, basil and scallions. For presentation I think shredded basil would have been much better than the whole leave. Live, try and learn.
